1. About these terms

These terms cover the Story Driven Ventures website and inquiries made through it. Story Driven Ventures (SDV) is operated by Shiloh. For questions, email [email protected].

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. A separate written agreement governs any project you engage us to undertake.

2. Inquiries and project acceptance

Please complete the project intake before requesting a consultation or proposal. We use your answers to assess the work, timing, budget and potential fit.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee project acceptance, availability, a consultation invitation or calendar access. We will contact you if there is a suitable next step. Please provide accurate information and explain who can approve the work and its budget.

3. Paid consultations

SDV does not offer unpaid discovery calls. The listed consultation options are 30 minutes for $1,000 and 60 minutes for $2,000. Consultations are prepaid and reserved for your project.

Your booking invitation and checkout should identify the session, currency, total price, any applicable taxes, and the cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund terms before you pay. If anything is unclear, contact us before completing the booking.

A consultation is a separate engagement. It does not guarantee a later project, a particular commercial result or a credit against future work unless we agree that in writing.

4. Project work

Before project work begins, a written agreement will set out the scope, fees, payment schedule, responsibilities, timing, revisions, approvals, cancellation and ownership or licensing of the work. That agreement takes precedence over website descriptions for the engagement it covers.

Examples, offer descriptions and estimates on this website provide context. They do not replace an agreed scope or promise that every project includes the same work.

5. Information you share

Only submit information and materials you are authorized to share. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or confidential materials that require a signed non-disclosure agreement in general inquiry forms. An inquiry alone does not create an NDA.

You retain your rights in material you submit. Providing it allows us to review it and respond to your request; it does not transfer ownership to SDV.

6. Website content and responsible use

The website’s writing, design, images and other materials belong to SDV or their respective owners. You may browse the site and use resources for the purposes expressly offered. Do not reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit protected material without permission or a right provided by law.

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code or use forms to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content.

7. Advice, examples and results

Website articles, samples and assessments provide general information. They are not a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances or for legal, tax or financial advice from a qualified professional.

Client reviews and examples reflect individual experiences. Results depend on your business, decisions, implementation and market conditions. SDV does not guarantee revenue, growth, engagement or any other specific result.

8. Books and external services

This site may connect you to services such as Lulu, Amazon, Cal.com, Tally and beehiiv. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. Check the seller, product details, total price, shipping and return terms before purchasing a book or other product.

External websites and services are operated by their respective providers. We cannot promise their availability or control changes to their content or services.

9. Availability, changes and your rights

We aim to keep website information accurate and the site available, but information may change and interruptions can occur. Confirm material details with us before relying on them to make a commitment.

We may update these website terms prospectively and will change the date above when we do. An update does not rewrite an existing signed engagement agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
